MilesForce is a purpose-built CRM designed to manage the complete student lifecycle—from the first enquiry to enrollment and ongoing post-enrollment support. Tailored for Miles, it offers an integrated platform to streamline operations, boost engagement, and drive student success.

Sign-in

The login interface for users to securely access the platform. It supports Google sign-in and username/password login, welcoming users to “MilesForce.”

Navbar

This is the main navigation menu of the system. It categorizes key sections such as CRM, Reports, Roadmaps, and Others. Each section contains sub-menus like Leads, Smart View, Queue, Enrollments, and more.

Launchpad

A welcome screen showing quick access menus for core features, upcoming meets/visits, metrics like missed calls, and roadmaps.

Queue page

Displays a list of calls in the queue for follow-up. It shows lead details, and options to start or manage calls efficiently.

Smart view

Provides a streamlined view of leads, highlighting their contact status, call outcomes, and helps prioritize outreach

All Leads

Lists all the leads assigned to the user with relevant data like status, call date, and tags. Acts as the main interface for lead management.

Lead detail page - Basic details

A detailed profile of a lead, including personal details, contact history, call scripts, profiling data, and webinar registration.

Lead detail page - History

Examines the lead’s call and activity history, including status changes and past communications across all channels—such as calls, messages, emails, and webinars attended.

Provides a streamlined view of leads, highlighting their contact status, call outcomes, and helps prioritize outreach

Teams User Creation

Interface for creating new users in the Teams module. Includes fields for name, email, role, and reporting manager details.

Webinar dashboard - city

Similar to the GM dashboard but filtered by city. Enables monitoring of local team participation and effectiveness in webinars. 

Spoc dashboard

A performance and tracking dashboard for SPOCs. Shows metrics like revenue, leads in funnel, team performance, and follow-ups.

Miles Calling App

Call logs

Shows a history of all calls made, missed, or received via the Miles mobile app. Includes IVR tagging and call durations.

Lead detail page

Allows users to view and update lead disposition, profiling status, webinar attendance, & call history directly on mobile.

All leads and lead info

Displays a compact lead list and allows quick access to call, view lead details. Designed for mobile efficiency.

Queue

Mobile interface of the Queue. Users can start or pause calling sessions and view real-time updates on leads queued for calls.

Smart view

Mobile version of Smart View. Highlights missed and IVR calls, unresponded leads, and provides filters for efficient management.

My enrollments

Lists enrolled students on the mobile interface. Displays programs and batch identifiers for quick verification.
