Login
Getting started with the Miles US Pathway portal is simple and secure — just enter your mobile number, receive a one-time password (OTP) via WhatsApp and email, and you’re in. No need to remember passwords — plus, you can review the Terms & Conditions before you proceed.
Counseling Session & MSA Signing
Begin by scheduling a one-on-one counseling session with our experts using the in-app calendar — sessions are conducted via Google Meet/Big Blue Button with auto-recording, and you’re free to cancel or reschedule anytime. Once marked eligible, you can view and e-sign your Miles Service Agreement (MSA) digitally, with your signature, date, and IP address securely captured.
Profile and University Application
In the Profile section, candidates link their LinkedIn, upload their resume, update work experience, download their auto-generated LOR, and raise refund requests if needed. They then select a recommended university and answer five quick questions to generate their LOR and SOP. The portal guides them step by step through the university application process.
After applying to the selected university, candidates upload supporting documents like the application confirmation screenshot, email, and payment receipt — all verified by our internal team. Once verified, they update their university offer status: if accepted, the offer letter is uploaded for validation; if rejected, they can defer to the next intake or reapply to other recommended universities.
Funding
Students can opt for Self-Funding or request Education Loan Assistance. Later, they upload financial documents like a Passport copy, Loan Sanction Letter, Bank Balance Certificate, and a Financial Affidavit for verification. Once approved, they are guided to upload the US Financial Proof on the university portal and also submit a copy on the ATS platform for internal validation.
Visa Process
After financial approval, students upload their I-20 and DS-160 forms, followed by visa slot booking details and the appointment confirmation. They can then schedule a visa mock interview with our experts to prepare. Post interview, they update their visa status — if approved, they upload the visa approval document; if rejected, they receive guidance on reapplying or deferring their intake.
Login & Counselling sessions
Users can securely log in using their registered email ID and password to access the ATS dashboard.
Leads in ATS are categorized from U7A to U17, allowing users to easily filter and manage them. The ATS Manager first allocates leads to GMs and their SPOCs. Once assigned, GMs and SPOCs can initiate the process by scheduling counseling sessions and evaluating the candidate's eligibility.
MSA (Miles Service Agreement)
Once signed, the MSA is saved under the candidate’s profile with key details: Signed By, Signed On, IP Address, Opting Status, and a downloadable Agreement Attachment.
Users also have the flexibility to update the MSA document anytime from the User Portal.
University Application Process
After MSA signing, users select the recommended university, generate and update the LOR and SOP based on the candidate's responses. They upload and approve application documents — Confirmation Screenshot, Email, and Payment Proof.
If the offer is accepted, experts upload and verify the Offer Letter. If rejected, the application process restarts from University Selection.
Funding Process
Experts can update the funding status as Self or Loan based on the candidate's input, with a complete view of CTP payments, US University funding, Placement payments, and Enrollment details.
Once payment details are updated, users upload and verify key financial documents — Passport Copy, Loan Sanction Letter, Bank Balance Certificate, and Financial Affidavit.
After verification, a copy of the US Financial Proof is uploaded and reviewed by our loan experts.
Visa Process
Once financial proof is approved, candidates upload visa-related documents — I-20 and DS-160, which are visible in the User Portal for expert verification.
Experts then update and approve the candidate’s Visa Slot Booking details, including the appointment confirmation. They also assist with a Mock Visa Interview to ensure candidates are well-prepared.
Post-interview, if the visa is accepted, the Visa Approval Document is uploaded and verified. If rejected, experts guide the candidate through reapplication or intake deferral.
